Coronavirus Outbreak Disrupts Crypto Events
The Coronavirus outbreak has forced a lot of events around the world to either be cancelled or rescheduled. In some countries, important events like religious events have been cancelled in a bit to curb large gatherings. We recently saw Juventus play Milan without spectators to cheer the players.
Crypto-related activities are not left out. We have already gotten reports that the Bitcoin 2020 that was initially slated for 27 to 28 March 2020 has been postponed to the third quarter of the year. Apart from Bitcoin 2020, The Chamber of digital commerce has indicated plans to move the DC blockchain Summit 2020 to a date that they are yet to announce.
All events planners have been advised to cut down on public gatherings by all means.
While we are waiting for a cure to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak to be found, we are begging that you do everything within your powers to avoid potential infectious places.
