IDENTITY VERIFICATION –(2) UPLOAD ID DOCUMENT

For identity verification with a Passport, a single double-page image of your document is required. When using an ID Card or Driver License, an image of both the front and back need to be submitted. Please have the selfie include your full face and a full double page of your passport or the front of your ID card or Driver License. Both your face and ID need to fit within the frame below.

Please upload a recent proof of address. This can be a bank statement, utility bill (gas, electricity, water, internet, landline telephone), any government-issued correspondence or an employer’s certificate for residence proof.

Please make sure the proof of address contains your name and address, is dated and is not more than three months old.
